The system will be released to selected users in batches of 500 over the next few weeks to ensure that minimum disruption is experienced by our customers, as well as availability of adequate support should there be queries or need for additional training.

The ability to implement changes during normal business hours ensure availability and access to our systems, optimising client usage.

The presentation and format adhere to Experian standards globally, resulting in easy use, understanding, and interpretation of products sourced from Experian Global.

Additional communication fields enable the user to detail requests, eliminating duplications and ensuring prompt response.

Backend improvements increase the quality and accuracy of data returned, reducing the cost of additional enquiries being done.
